Hamilton represented Micro Systemation AB

Hamilton has represented Micro Systemation AB (publ) i connection with the company’s change of market place for its listed shares from Nordic Growth Market (NGM) to NASDAQ OMX where trading of the shares commenced on 27 December 2011. Micro Systemation AB is the global leader in forensic technology for mobile device examination, with offices in Europe and in the USA, as well as a network of distributors across the globe. Hamilton’s team consisted of Thomas Myrdal (responsible partner) and Pontus Stenbeck (associate).
