Hamilton won important case on damages

Hamilton’s Tom Johansson and Johan Danelius have won an important case before the Stockholm District Court. They have represented the former CEO of the previously listed company Countermine, Christer Bergquist, who was sued for 35 msek in damages for alleged false information in connection with an issue of shares. The District Court rejects the claims fully. The case has been subject to much media attention and involved a number of important legal matters concerning board members’ and CEO:s responsibility for information in connection with a share issue.
