Hamilton advised on sale of minority interest in Stampen
Hamilton acted as legal advisor to Familjen Nordgrén on the sale of its minority stake in Stampen AB to Lidköpingspress AB. Stampen is a growing media group and one of Sweden’s largest newspaper proprietors. The company has a turnover of around SEK 6 billion and 5,000 employees . The deal was closed on May 14. Hamilton’s team consisted of Johan Danelius (responsible partner) and John Gustafsson (associate).
