Dispute Resolution
The dispute resolution group includes high-ranked lawyers with well-documented experience of advising clients in complex disputes both in Sweden and abroad. The lawyers in the group are frequently engaged as arbitrators. We always do our utmost to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients, regardless of whether this is achieved through an out-of-court settlement or by the dispute being finally settled in court or arbitral tribunal. We aim to manage disputes so that the proceedings have a minimal impact on our client’s core business. Our client base is multi-faceted and we represent everything from Swedish and multinational companies through to public departments and smaller businesses.
