Hamilton, Stockholm, is continuing its efforts and has pleasure in presenting Fredrika Skoog as a new partner of the firm. Fredrika has extensive experience in Employment law, most recently from Roschier and before that Vinge.

Hamilton advise on billion SEK bid

Hamilton is advising Opcon AB on their public takeover bid to the shareholders of Tricorona AB. Both companies are listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. Based on the share price at the time the bid was made public, the value of the bid amounts to 1 106 billion SEK. The completion of the bid will entail the formation of the Nordic region's leading growth company within the climate economy and energy efficiency.
